Last week a coworker asked me to make some pretty desserts for her daughter-in-law's baby shower. Originally, I was going to make cake pops. Mine never turn out as perfect as I want them, so I suggested truffles. She said I had free reign as long as they looked pretty! After 4 hours, lots of edible glitter, and pink candy melts, I had 50 truffles packaged and tied with a pink ribbon. I hope she liked them!
