T's Kolache Recipe

From the kitchen of my friend Tanya:

1 Cup Butter
1tbsp Milk
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 cup flour
1 12oz can SOLO filling

Soften butter on counter.  Mix butter, milk, cream cheese, then add yolk , sugar, baking powder and last flour.  Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Roll the dough in parts out with flour.  Take a shot glass and cut out circles press your thumb in middle of circle and add filling.  

When adding filling: fill a sandwich bag with the filling and cut a bottom edge so you can gently sqeeze out the filling.
