Spicy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 Italian Sausage Decased (Cermak)
- 4 Green Peppers Sliced
- 4 Large Tomatoes Diced
- 5 Cloves Garlic Sliced
- Spaghetti Sauce (Bertolli Olive Oil and Garlic)
- Wheat Mostaccioli Noodles
Marinate green peppers in skillet using a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add tomatoes and garlic when green peppers become softer. Cook on low stirring frequently.
In a separate skillet cook the Italian sausage until brown. Add the sausage and jar of spaghetti sauce to green pepper skillet cooking on low for approximately 10 minutes.
Boil noodles until cooked. Strain noodles.
Combine noodles and green pepper skillet into a casserole dish and mix well to coat all noodles. Top with Parmesan Cheese if desired.
