Low Fat Fruit Muffins

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt (Vanilla is the best)
2/3 c. skim milk
1 c. blueberries, grated apple, strawberries, raspberries or other fruit of choice (I use any fruit I have at home)

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in yogurt and milk.  Last add 1 cup fruit.  Mix by hand,  

Spray the muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or use paper liners.  Only fill the muffin pan 1/2 full.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
